On Location Portraits

Here are some beautiful locations to take pictures or sites to help you plan a wedding or portrait.

Rice University - Beautiful architecture and grounds.  Perfect for bridal portraits!

Meekham Fountains - Located in at Fannin & Main in Houston, by Hermann Park.  Three beautiful fountains make a stunning background.

Bloch Cancer Survivors Plaza - Across the street from Meekham Fountains, this beautiful dome capped fountain is amazing!

Downtown Houston Historical Society Buildings

Hilton Americas - Located in downtown Houston.  Beautiful, elegant hotel.

Roses and the River - Perfect outdoor location for a wedding or for portraits.  Over 300 rose bushes decorate this beautiful country setting on the San Bernard River.

Varner-Hogg Plantation - Historic plantation in West Columbia, Texas. (An extra $25 charge payable to Varner Hogg is required)

Japanese Gardens, Hermann Park - Wonderfully landscaped. Lots of small ponds and bridges. 

Columbia Lakes - Located on a golf course, some beautiful water ponds and bridges.

Helen's Garden, League City - Small garden with waterfall and brick paths right in the middle of town. This is one of my favorite locations.

Williams Water Wall, Houston - Gorgeous towers and 64 foot high water wall make a stunning background for bridal portraits!

The Beach - Galveston or Surfside are great for casual family portraits.
