NOTICE....IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please Note When You Book An Event Date Your Retainer Is Non-Refundable
When you send in your retainer fee the date is reserved for your event and that money
is non-refunable. Our internet business transactions do not require a signed contract but it is recommended for
your protection and ours. It is the responsibility of the person booking an event with
Houston Event Photography to download and fax or mail us the completed contract as soon as possible.

When reserving your event on-line or by telephone your retainer is non-refunable upon
our receipt of your retainer money or credit card payment. By you sending us a retainer to hold a date reserved
for your event you are agreeing that you have accepted the conditions of our on line contracts and you waived
your right to a refund on your deposit money if you change or cancel your event for any reason.

Clients appearing in person will be require a signed contract for your event at the time of the reservation.
